VICHILL TEAM ENTRY FORM

This is an extended team event held on seven to nine Wednesday evenings from September to April. The awards night is in May. Teams are made up of four to six players. Substitutions are allowed when necessary. There are several brackets which are divided based upon ability and experience. Dates are September 29, October 13 & 20, November 3 & 17, December 8, March 23 and April 6 & 20. Matches are held at St. Michaels Woodside, 5025 East Mill Road, Broadview Heights, OH 44147; 440/526-9696. Note that this year the handicap system will only be used in the top bracket. Note as well that the location has been changed from Solon.
