CLEVELAND WHIST CLUB
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Every year the Cleveland Whist Club Memorial Scholarship fund gives scholarships to deserving members of Cleveland Unit 125 and their relatives (primarily children and grandchildren). Money is raised in a number of ways throughout the year so scholarships and honorariums can be awarded during the Silver Bowl, a summer sectional normally held in August. Any member or relative a member of the Cleveland Unit of the American Contract Bridge League is welcome to apply. Just print the one- page application at this site, fill it out, write the required essay, and submit to any member of the Scholarship Committee between April 1 and June 15.

Scholarships are awarded at the Summer Sectional at the beginning of the second session (about 3 p.m.) on Saturday. You will be contacted prior to the tournament to let you know if you are to receive an award or not.
